Survey Reveals What Tech-Savvy iPad Users Are Doing with the iPad

Some 500 people who visit the Business Insider website responded to 18 questions regarding their use of the iPad. Among the findings:

  • 30% use the iPad as their primary computer
  • web browsing is the number one activity
  • the iPad is their favorite way to browse the web
  • most have downloaded more than 20 apps but use fewer than 10
  • 75% read books on the device
