Safari Tip – Tap at the Top to Jump to the Start of a Web Page

This time-saving feature first appeared on the iPhone and iPod touch, but also works on the iPad. The iPad’s large screen makes viewing long web pages a joy. When you’re near the bottom though, there’s all that swiping (scrolling) to return to the top of the page. Instead, tap the top of the screen anywhere on the status bar. You’ll zip back to the top of the page.
