GoodReader ($4.99) is one of my favorite utility apps for the iPad. Like a Swiss army knife, you can use it for a number of tasks on the iPad. But a new app may be serious competition and it’s free for a limited time. Documents by Readdle is an update to their older ReaddleDocs app. This free app includes a document viewer, media player, file manager, as well as the ability to open and annotate PDF files. Worth a try given the price.
