A new survey from ChangeWave Research of more than 2,800 consumers shows the iPad gaining on the Kindle. The iPad has doubled its share of the e-reader market since August. The iPad has 32% of the market while the Kindle has a 47% share. Of iPad owners, 75% said they were “very satisfied” with their devices compared to 54% of Kindle owners. Among those who plan to buy an e-reader in the near future, 42% picked the iPad while 33% said they would get a Kindle. More on the survey.
