New! Video Tutorials for the iPad. A Guide to the iBooks App Update – iBooks 1.2

Written by Andy Brovey

Topics: iPad Tips & Tutorials

I’ve published a number of tips and brief tutorials on using the iPad, many with images or screenshots. You can find the entire collection under iPad Tips. Starting today there’s a new way to learn about the iPad on iPad Academy – with video.

Apple recently updated the free iBooks App to version 1.2 and I decided to try my hand at creating a video explaining the new features. Over the last few days I’ve been honing my multimedia skill set, using a number of tools to create, edit and upload narrated videos. The first one, seen below, took much too long to complete, but I expect to improve the workflow in the weeks ahead. Meanwhile, I look forward to your comments on this format and the first tutorial – iBooks 1.2.

Great job Andy. Pacing is fast enough to cover the material, but not so fast so you have to go back and watch it again!
